Anatomy + Yoga Series | Healthy Hips

In this 2-class series we’ll explore the anatomy and structure of your hips and pelvis. We'll use our anatomy knowledge experientially as we learn myriad ways to bring awareness, alignment, mobility and strength to your body's biggest engine. We'll explore practices of myofascial release (self-massage with a therapy ball), Yoga postures, and simple exercises for home practice.
