Roll + Restore is a practice of self-massage using therapy balls followed by long-held, gentle, and restorative postures. These techniques invite improved circulation, easeful breathing, the release of chronic tension, and stimulation of our relaxation response.
This workshop spotlights the stabilizing muscles of the hips and pelvis through embodied anatomy and movement. The practice will build awareness, strength, and stamina in the intrinsic muscles of the hips. The effects of this work are far-reaching, impacting our balance, knee, hip, and pelvic health, and overall sense of well-being.
