This 2-part embodied anatomy, strength, and conditioning series explores dynamic alignment to support upright seated, standing, and active posture. We'll gradually build our skillfulness in establishing a balanced posture that defies the habitual pull of cell phones, cars, and life's stressors, and affords us ease and confidence in our daily activities.
