Cultivating Calm is a somatic and restorative Yoga practice that includes gentle floor-based movement, guided breathing awareness, and guided relaxation. This process can help your body and mind feel more spacious and at ease, inviting your nervous system to settle.
Things to have on hand for the practice: access to a quiet space without interruption, your mat or carpeted area to lie down, 1-2 blankets and a couple of pillows, dress in layers for warmth and comfort, and have something to cover your eyes to relax at the end of the practice.
