Winter is a time for rest and rejuvenation. Just as nature rests deeply in winter, so should we humans. At this time of year, it's essential to slow down despite the pressure to speed up, to practice introspection and restoration, and to honor the darkness so our actions may be filled with intention as we move back to the light.
Please join me for this two-hour practice of gentle opening, shedding of tension, and deep relaxation. This unwinding and restful practice is open to all experience levels.
Please bring your yoga mat and an eye cover if you have one, and dress in layers for warmth and comfort.
