Winter is a time for rest and rejuvenation. Just as nature rests deeply in winter, so should we humans. Please join me for a two-hour practice of gentle opening, shedding of tension, and deep relaxation. This unwinding and restful practice is open to all experience levels.

All props are provided, but please bring your mat and eye cover, and dress in layers for warmth and comfort.
