A moderately paced class which builds core strength, flexibility,
and mindfulness. Appropriate for beginning and continuing students.

A more challenging class intended for those with an ongoing yoga
practice. Deeper backbends and inversions will be explored.

A dynamic class combining principles of both Yoga and Pilates to
encourage greater balance, core strength, stability and postural
alignment.
