Class Descriptions

 

+ Level 1-2
A moderately paced class which builds core strength, flexibility, alignment and mindfulness. Appropriate for beginning and continuing students.

+Level 2-4
A more challenging class intended for experienced beginners and those with an ongoing yoga practice. Deeper backbends and inversions will be explored.

+Yin & Restorative
Ease into your weekend and recalibrate your nervous system with a luxurious practice of mostly passive, long-held postures inviting deep opening, ease and release-the perfect remedy to a stressful week. Dress in layers and bring an eye bag if you have one.
